2 cans chunk pineapple, drained, save juice
1 cup white sugar
2 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
6 T. pineapple juice
6 T. flour
1 stick butter
2 sleeves crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple, cheese, sugar, pineapple juice and flour. Pour in casserole dish. Top with crackers and melted butter. Bake At 350 for 30 min.
