1 8 oz container of fat free Vanilla Yogurt
1 16 oz container of low fat or no fat Cottage Cheese
1 C fat free or 1% Milk
1 1/2 - 2 C favorite Fruit, unsweetened (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
In blender mix all ingredients together until smooth. If you need it to be a little sweeter, add a teaspoon of SplendaŠ or other non-calorie sweetener.
