20 large, ripe Tomatoes 10 medium Onions 12 Apples 1 pt. strong Vinegar 1 qt. Sugar 4 T Salt 4 T Dry Mustard 1 tsp. Cloves 1 tsp. Cinnamon
Scald tomatoes, then core and peel; Cut into chunks. Grind onions and apples and mix wth the tomatoes. Add all other ingredients and simmer several hours until of desired thickness. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
