3 cups boiled and mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pecans
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and 1/2 stick butter. Add eggs, beat well. Add salt, potatoes, milk and vanilla. Beat until mixed well. Pour in 2 quart casserole dish. In a bowl blend brown sugar, flour, and butter until smooth. Add nuts and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake for 35 min at 350
