2/3 cup bisquick mix
2 tbsp water
1 egg
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp. vegetable oil
3 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 cup Bar B Q sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 400. Spray a 9 inch pie pan or baking dish with cooking spray.
In small bowl mix together bisquick, water and egg. Spread in botton of pan and sprinkle with 1 1/4 cups of the cheese. In a skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Cook chicken in oil until outsides edges turn white, drain. Stir in Bar B Q sauce and heat until hot. Spoon over batter and bake 25 min. until top is golden brown. Top with remaining cheese and bake 2-3 min. longer until cheese melts.
