3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup Original bisquick mix
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup milk
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup Bar B Q sauce (your favorite)
1/2 - 3/4 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. In a 13 x 9 baking dish place butter or margarine.
In shallow dish mix together bisquick and pepper. Pour milk into a small bowl. Coat chicken with bisquick mixture then dip into milk and coat again with bisquick mix. Place chicken in pan.
Bake uncovered 30 min. or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut.
In small bowl microwave Bar B Q sauce until hot. Spoon over chicken and top with shredded cheese.
