3 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. (3oz) oriental-favor ramen noodle soup mix
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups cooked chicken cut into pieces
1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts
4-5 green onions chopped
1 bag coleslaw mix

Melt butter in a skillet over med heat. Stir in seasoning packet from soup mix. Break block of noodles into small bite size pieces into skillet. Stir and cook about 2-3 min. add sunflower seeds and cook 2 min. longer stirring constantly, unitl noodles are golden brown.
In another bowl mix together sugar, vinegar, oil and pepper. Add remaining ingredients, noodle mixture and toss.
