Cut-in flour mix & press into a 9 x 12 pan:
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. butter

Mix, add to baked flour crust:
4 eggs, whisk lightly
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
6 tbs. fresh lemon juice
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients. Bake 20-25 min. at 350.

Whisk egg mixture. Add to hot crust. Continue baking 12-15 min. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
