6 medium russett potatoes
1/4 C butter or margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 C green onions (optional- I don't use)
1 pint sour cream (I use 8 oz)
1 1/2 C cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut into 1" to 1 1/2" chunks potatoes and boil for 10-15 minutes. Melt butter. Mix with soup, sour cream and 1/2 to 3/4 C cheese. Put in 2 1/2 qt casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
