1 c. soft shortening (1/2 butter)
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix shortening, sugar & eggs. Blend dry ingredients & add. Roll into small balls, roll again in a mix of 2 tsp. sugar & 2 tsp. cinnamon. Bake 8-10 min. at 400.
