4-6 sweet potatoes
1 stick of butter
brown sugar
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 13 x 9 pan with Pam. Slice a stick of butter and line the bottom of the pan with the slices. Peel and slice potatoes. Cut in chunks and line the pans with the potato chunks. (1 1/2 thick chunks) Lightly salt. Heavly coat with brown sugar. Cover with foil and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
