2- 28 oz cans Pork & Beans
3-4 Tbs mustard
1 medium sweet onion diced
1 med bell pepper diced
1 cup brown sugar
5-6 slices uncooked bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl. Spray pam in baking dish large enough for beans. Place beans in dish and top with uncooked bacon.

Cook at 375 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Time will vary depending on how liquid you like for your beans to be.
