1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
3 T. light mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Combine bread crumbs, Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Brush chicken with mayonnaise and roll in seasoned bread crumbs to coat thoroughly. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray and arrange chicken on rack. Bake 15-20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.
