4 c. cubed, cooked chicken 1 T. lemon juice ¾ c. diced celery 2 T. finely chopped onion 1 c. seedless red grapes, halved 1 c. drained mandarin oranges ½ c. mayonnaise (can use light) ½ c. sour cream (can use light) ½ c. slivered or sliced almonds
Mix together and refrigerate 4 hours. Can add mandarin oranges just before serving if desired. Delicious on butter croissants.
