4 pieces salmon, deboned
4 T. butter
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 c. bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in frying pan. Stir in brown sugar
Place salmon in pan. Cook 5 minutes on medium.
Turn salmon. Pour bourbon around salmon and cook an additional 5 minutes.
