Ingredients: 1 can (14 1/2 oz) evaporated milk 1 3 oz pkg lemon jello 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup boiling water 3 T lemon juice (1 lemon) 1 T lemon rind
35 oreo cookies 1/2 cup melted maragine

Directions: |
Directions:Chill evaporated milk overnight in refrigerator. Dissolve the jello & sugar in the hot water. Chill until almost completely set. Stir in the jello the lemon juice & rind. Whip the milk until it resembles soft whipped cream. Add the jello & whip about 2 min. Crush the oreo cookies in a plastic bag. Add melted margarine & press in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Save few crumbs. Pour the whipped lemon mixture over the cookie crust. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate crumbs over top. Refrigerated until serving time. |

Notes: Easy on calories. Take to a potluck only in cold weather. If allowed to set out on hot day it will evaporate or get runny.
