1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs

1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter & water in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add flour all at one time. Beat it until the mixture forms a ball that comes away from the sides of the pan. Add salt before you stop beating. Cool. Stir in the eggs one by one, beat each thorougly into the mixture. Stir 3-5 min. Drop it in spoonfuls into buttered muffin tin. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 1 hr. Do not open oven door no oftener than necessary.
