2 cups sugar
2 T (level) flour
2 T (level) cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp (scant) ginger
1 tps cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 (scant) nutmeg
3 or 4 eggs
1 pint pumpkin
2 cups milk
2 pie shells

Mix together the sugar, flour, cornstarch & seasonings. Add the eggs. Beat at the side then
blend in. Then add the pumpkin & milk & stir. Pour into 2 pie shells & bake til done in the middle
