1/4 lb. mushroom chopped
1 T. butter
1 loaf frozen bread dough thawed or make your own
3 oz pepperoni thin sliced
6 oz thin sliced mozzarella
1/4lb thin sliced provolone cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup spaghetti sauce
1 T. dried chopped parsley
1/2 t. dried oregano
1 egg yolk
1/2 t. water

Directions:
In skillet saute mushrooms in butter and set aside. On floured board roll out dough into a 30x8 inch rectangle. Cut into 2 equal pieces. On each piece layer pepperoni, cheeses, mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, parsley, and oregano. Fold over or roll and pinch edges together. Brush with egg water mixture. Cut small slits in top for steam to escape. Place on greased baking sheets. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min. slice and serve warm
