1 pound pasta
2 T. butter
2 T. all purpose flour
2 cups half and half
1 pkg. 8 oz Monterrey Jack cheese
1 pkg. 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 t. Ms Dash
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Stir in flour and cook 1 min. Whisk in 1 cup half and half cook whisking continuously until very smooth. Whisk in 1 cup half and half until thick. Remove from heat then stir in cheese and seasoning. Add to pasta.
