4 cucumbers peeled and sliced
1 onion sliced
1/2 c sour cream
11/2 T vinegar
11/2 T sugar
1 tsp salt
sprinkle of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
layer cucumbers and onion in a bowl. Salt layers.
Cover with damp paper towel. Let sit at least 30 minutes. Or even over night. Drain cucumber and onion. Mix sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Then mix in with cucumbers. Keep refrigerate until time to eat.

This is so good with BBQ. My mother in law uses her cucumbers from her garden. It is so good.
