8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 cups cold milk
2 pkgs. (4oz.) Jello instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
48 vanilla wafers
1/2 cup brewed strong coffee, cooled, divided
2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, grated
1 cup fresh raspberries

Mix cream cheese in large bowl until creamy. gradually add milk. Add dry pudding mixes. mix well. Then hand stir in 2 cups Cool; Whip.
Next, place 24 wafers in a 2 1/2 qt. glass bowl. Drizzle half of coffee over wafers. Top with half of pudding mixture and half of chocolate. Repeat layers. Top with remaining Cool Whip and fruit. Refrigerate 2 hours prior to serving
