1 pkg noodles
1 chopped onion
1 bell pepper
2 cans tomato soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 Tlbs Chilie powder
1 tsp cumin
4 C cubed chicken (4-5 chicken breasts)
1 egg
1 big cottage cheese
1 can chili pepper's

MIx egg and cottage cheese.and chilies. Set aside
cook on stove bell pepper, onion soup, enchilada sauce, spices and black pepper. Boil and simmer 10 minutes stir often.
Pre-heat oven 375 spray bottom of 9x13 pan layer noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, chicken, cheese, repeat.Cover with foil bake for 50 minutes
Let stand 10-150 minutes
