2 c. 100% bran buds -
2 c. boiling water (set aside)
creme together
1 c.shortening
3 c sugar
4 beaten eggs
add
5 c. flour
1 t,. salt
5 t. baking soda
1 qt. buttermilk
add
4 c. raisin bran

Directions:
Directions:
Add the bran buds to the boiling water and set aside.
add the rest of the ingredients together and refrigerate.
You can put 1/4 c. in a glass bowl and microwave for three minutes.
