1 1/2 cups dry orecchiette
1/2 of 1 bag of fresh broccoli flowerets
1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 small sweet red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
3/4 c. good pasta sauce, heated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook orecchiette in boiling salted water for 6 minutes. Add broccoli; cook for 6 more minutes., Drain, transfer to a serving bowl. Cover to keep hot.
Remove sausage from casing and crumble in a skillet that has been heated over medium high heat. Cook for 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and drain off excess fat. Reduce heat to medium and add peppers to skillet and cook for about 3 minutes. Add sausage, peppers and tomato sauce to serving bowl and toss with the pasta and broccoli.
