2 C Sugar
1 C light corn syrup
1 to 11/2 C sesame seeds
2 Tlbs butter or marg.
3 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease cookie sheet. ( I use butter or marg.)
Set aside. In a heavy 2QT.pan over med heat, heat sugar, corn syrup, and 1/2 cup water until sugar is dissolved. Stir constantly. Stir in almonds and sesame seeds stir occasionally and continue cooking until it reaches 300 or hard crack. Remove pan from heat, stir in butter baking soda and vanilla.
Immediately pour onto cookie sheet. With 2 forks spread and pull apart mixture to 1/2 inch thickness (or just spread evenly the pan to the edges) cool completely.
