1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. quick rice
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. chives, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic chives
2 tbsp. Italian parsley
1 tbsp. rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter in skillet until tender (not brown). Add rice. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly (approximately 5 min.). Add broth and herbs and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for approximately 20 min. Remove from heat. Let stand covered until all liquid has been absorbed.
