1/2 c. basil leaves
1/4 c. parsley leaves
6 tbsp. pine nuts or walnuts
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 of a lemon rind, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Use a blender to puree oil, garlic and nuts. Add basil and parsley, small amounts at a time. Add parmesan cheese and lemon. Puree until smooth. Serve over pasta or vegetables.
