Corned Beef With Seasoning Packet
1 to 2 Head Cabbage
Carrots - Sliced 1"
Pearl Onions
Red Skin Potatoes - Quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Cover corned beef with approximately 1 1/2" water. Put spice packet that comes with the meat into the pot. Bring meat to a boil and skim foam off the top.

Simmer up to 4 1/2 hours or what is recommended on corned beef package.

Put vegetables into pot one (1) hour before done.
