3/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak,
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
sliced across the grain into very
1 can cream of broccoli soup
thin strips
1/4 c. water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. vegetable oil
2 c. broccoli flowerets


Hot cooked noodles

Directions:
1. In a skillet, over medium-high heat, cook beef and garlic in hot oil until beef is browned. Add onion; cook 5 minutes, stirring often. 2. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
3. Serve over noodles.
