7 oz. ring macaroni, boiled and drained

1 c. cucumber, sliced or cubed
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. slivered carrots
2 T. vinegar
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2. t. salt
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 c. cream
1/4 t. nutmeg

Cubed ham (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and chill until served.
