1-2 lbs. ground beef
Picante sauce ( I use Pace©)
guacamole dip
green onions, chopped
jalapeno pepper rings (optional) with lime half squeezed over them
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 16 oz. container sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar
2 large tomatoes, chopped
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with taco seasoning mixed in. (Don't add water!) Drain well. Layer starting with ground beef, then picante sauce, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, onions, tomatoes and peppers. Heat at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
