1 lb. ground turkey 1 onion chopped 2 (large) cans V-8 juice 1 can garbanzo beans 1 Can black beans 1 Can green beans 1 package frozen mixed vegetables 1 jar salsa
Saute ground turkey with onion. Add remaining ingredients.Bring to a boil then simmer uncovered for about one hour, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheddar cheese.
