2 tsp. oil
1 tsp. cooking wine
1 tsp. soybean sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
pinch of ginger
scallion

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Then put raw shrimp in oil, and wait for them to change color. (about 2 minutes)
3. Add cooking wine, soybean sauce, salt and sugar. Stir.
4. Add some ginger and scallion.
5. Cook 3 minutes.
