1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. SplendaŠ
2 tbsp. red wine
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 lb. Chinese pea pods, cut in 1/2" slices
3 c. coleslaw mix - 1 bag = 1 lb.
1 can 10 oz. chicken
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in large bowl; add remaining ingredients, toss.
Makes 4 servings.
