4 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
1 cup sugar

4 egg yolks
3T lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 T orange juice
1 cup whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tarter & beat until it stands in peaks. Add sugar gradually & beat until stiff. Bake 1 hr. at 275 degrees in a well butter pie pan. For the filling beat egg yolks & add sugar gradually. Add lemon & orange juice and cook in double boiler. Cool & fold in whipped cream. Spread in merinque crust. Frost with whipped cream
Refrigerate 8-12 hrs. before serving.
