8 c. potatoes, peeled and diced (about 5 lbs.)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
8 oz. cream cheese
3 cans chicken broth (14 1/2 oz. each)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cook 10 hours on low or 5 hours on high, until potatoes are tender. Once served, I sprinkle with cheddar.
