1 lb. ground beef
onion
1/2-3/4 c. rice, cooked
1 16 oz. can peas, or frozen equivalent
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion together. Place meat mixture on the bottom layer of a 9" casserole dish, next peas, rice and top with tomato soup. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
