2 c. chopped onions 1 lb. ground beef 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. ketchup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. mustard 2 tsp. cider vinegar 2 1 lb. cans of pork and beans 2 1 lb. cans of kidney beans
Brown onion with ground beef. In a 2 quart casserole combine all ingredients. Bake at 400ºF for 30 minutes. Can also be cooked on stovetop or in electric frypan. Can also add chopped jalepenos, 8 oz. of tomatoes with chiles. Makes 8 servings.
