4 to 6 medium sized potatoes
1/4 stick of margarine, melted
1-8oz bottle of ranch dressing
2 c. of grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. of bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 . Wash, peel and cut up the potatoes into bite size pieces. Boil potatoes until tender but not mushy. Place the potatoes in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 to 1 1/2 cups cheese over the potatoes. Pour margarine and about 3/4 of the bottle of Ranch dressing over the potatoes, sprinkle the left over cheese over the mixture. Top with bacon bits. Bake for about 30 minutes until cheese is melted. Bon Appetite!!!!!
