1/2 med. green pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tsp. dried parsley
28 oz. whole tomatoes
3/4 bunch of green onions
4 oz. can of diced green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
Liquify in blender everything but tomatoes and green onions and green chiles. Add green onions and blend 3-4 seconds. Then add tomatoes and green chiles. Blend 2 more seconds. Try to keep tomatoes chunky. Serve with Tortilla chips. Keeps for 10 days in the refrigerator.
