3 Ĺ cups flour
1/8 cups sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
Ĺ teaspoon cream of tarter
1/3 cups melted margarine
2 eggs whites
1 1/8 cups milk, (add the 1 cup first, then add 1/8 if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cream of tarter in a large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, and stir until ingredients are moistened, careful not to overmix. Knead, and add enough flour for desired consistency. Roll ĺĒ thick and use a glass to cut into biscuits. Place on greased cookie sheet.

These became a regular in the Warden household after we kids grew up. By then, we were all making momís biscuits for our own kids. Light and fluffy, and literally a mile high.
