3 lbs. boneless beef round steak
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
16 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 can beef broth
1 1/2 cups sour cream
hot cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into 1/2 inch strips. In a resealable bag combine flour, salt, dry mustard and pepper. add beef in batches and toss to cover.
In a 5 quart slow cooker, layer onion, mushrooms and beef. Pour broth over all.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
Serve over hot noodles.
