Combine; add:
1/4 c. rice vinegar
2 T. sugar
1/4 t. sesame oil
1/4 t. red pepper flakes
salt to taste
1 English cucumber, partially peeled and sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and salt. Add cucumber and toss to combine. Chill until ready to serve.
