2 c. farmer's cheese or Monterey Jack, shredded
2 T. freshed jalapeno, minced

Preheat broiler to High

Sprinkle cut sides of buns with cheese and jalapeno. Arrange on a baking sheet and broil until cheese is melted and golden, about 2 minutes. Remove bread from oven, the slice crosswise.
