½ cup margarine, softened
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
½ teaspoon soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup quick oats
1 cup crushed corn flakes
½ cup flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugars. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
Stir in flour, soda, and salt. Add oats, corn flakes, and coconut. Mix well and shape into 1” balls. Place balls 2” apart on greased baking sheet. Flatten before cooking.
Bake at 350º for 8-10 mins.

Peanut Butter filling:
1 ½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup peanut butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
enough milk to make spreadable

Fill with chocolate or cream cheese ready-to-spread (RTS) frosting. I also have taken either the vanilla or cream cheese RTS frosting and added peanut butter instead of making the peanut butter spread. All varieties turn out great!
