Orange Gelatin Ring:
2 pkg.. (3 oz. each) orange-flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water or fruit juice
1 pt. orange sherbert
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

Ambrosia Fruit Salad:
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (13 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. sour cream or 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling liquid. Immediately add orange sherbert and stir until melted. Add oranges. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. ring mold and chill until firm. Unmold and fill center with Ambrosia Fruit Salad.

For Abrosia Fruit Salad:
Mix all ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight.
