2 sticks of butter
1 cup sugar
12 oz. semisweet chocolate morsels
1 sleeve saltine crackers
2/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with heavy-duty foil. Place saltines on the cookie sheet salt side down. Melt butter with sugar on low heat until slight boil, stirring continuously. Pour butter/sugar mixture over saltines evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Pour chocolate morsels on hot saltines, wait a few seconds for them to begin to melt and spread evenly. Top with chopped walnuts, pecans, or almonds ans an option. Place tray in freezer over night. Break nto small pieces and serve.
