1 loaf of bread crumbled
2-3 medium onions chopped
2-3 stalks of celery chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 dashes poultry seasoning
2 dashes celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
saute onions and celery in oil (enough oil to just cover the onions). Cook until onions turn clear . Combine all ingredients. Shape bread into golf ball sized balls. If they don't seem to be adhering their shape-dip hand in water to help form balls.

Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes until slightly brown.

Serve in addition to or in place of traditional stuffing/dressing.
