3 cups chopped potatoes (can use frozen cubed hash browns)
1 Cup water
1/2 cup celery sliced
1/2 cup carrots sliced
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tsp parsley
1 chicken bouillion cube
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper

Additional ingredients needed:
1 cup milk, 2 tbs. flour, and 1/2 lb velveeta cheese.

put first 9 ingredients in pan and cook until potatoes are soft.

Add: 1 cup milk with 2 tbs. flour and stir.
Add: 1/2 lb velveeta cheese.

Continue cooking and stir until smooth.

Recipe doubles well.
